由长实集团(01113.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站BLUE COAST II今日(22日)上载销售安排第2号,以招标形式推售24伙四房双套连储物房及洗手间,及于本周六(26日)以价单形式发售88伙,包括66伙两房及22伙三房,当中包括7伙花园平台特色户,市值11.8亿元。单位折实平均呎价为21,570元。
当中,折实售价最低为3座6楼C室的2房,实用面积464呎,折实售价910.5万,折实呎价19,373元。
发展商指,项目将于周五(25日)截止认购登记。如果周六开售当日悬挂8号风球,销售将顺延一日举行。另外,如四房户以相邻单位A和B室一对认购,会作优先考虑。
