智通财经APP讯，中手游(00302)发布公告，董事会欣然宣布，首份认购协议、第二份认购协议及第三份认购协议的所有先决条件已达成，且认购事项已根据各认购协议的条款于2024年10月22日完成。
根据首份认购协议、第二份认购协议及第三份认购协议，于完成后，公司已按认购价每股认购股份0.90港元向认购人配发及发行合共1.06亿股认购股份。认购股份占公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股本约3.58%。
认购事项的所得款项净额(经扣除认购事项开支后)约为9420万港元及公司拟透过收购及/或投资拥有良好研发能力的领先游戏开发商;及在大中华与受欢迎及具有潜力的动画、文学作品、游戏及电影有关的强大IP，将认购事项所得款项净额用于进一步提升其IP游戏发行及开发业务。于本公告日期，公司概无就使用所得款项净额确定特定收购或投资目标。
