消息面上，10月18日，中国中药发布公告，因先决条件未得到满足，该公司控股股东国药集团以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化的计划正式告吹。据悉，今年2月，中国中药发布公告称，国药集团拟以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化。对于此次私有化的原因，中国中药认为由于二级市场的交易量有限，其作为上市公司融资平台功能存在受限。
值得注意的是，中国中药昨日股价暴跌35%，北水资金全天逢低吸筹，单日净买入额9.19亿港元。此外，根据联交所权益披露资料显示，2024年10月16日，中国中药获小摩增持1985.72万股，涉资约8606.13万港元。增持后，小摩最新持好仓数目为262,837,629股，持好仓比例由4.82%上升至5.21%。
