由长实集团(01113.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站BLUE COAST II首度介绍第3座的A和B单位，属于相邻单位，为项目的四房双套连储物房及洗手间，总数62伙，发展商会以招标形式推售。
发展商指，2号销售安排主打第3座单位，正与合作伙伴商讨，有望包含4房招标详情，争取本周公布。长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威表示，市场合理呎价极高层可达4万元，预计高层成交价有望可达5,000万。他又认为相邻单位市场供应少，日后售价不排除每卖出一伙就会加价。
