中电控股(00002.HK) 公布，委任龚杨恩慈为公司的独立非执行董事、审核及风险委员会和财务及一般事务委员会成员，自明日(22日)起生效。
据介绍，龚杨恩慈现时为领展资产管理之独立非执行董事，并为其审核及风险管理委员会和薪酬委员会成员。她亦为中银香港(02388.HK) 之顾问，以及香港雇主联合会之银行及财务业组主席。
龚杨恩慈自2015年3月起出任中银香港之副总裁，直至2022年7月退休。在加入中银香港前，她曾任渣打银行(香港)多个高级职位。她曾为证券及期货事务监察委员会咨询委员会、香港金融管理局外汇基金咨询委员会辖下的金融基建及市场发展委员会，及打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集复核审裁处之委员。另外，亦担任多项公职。(js/w)
