欧洲投资巨头JAB周一表示，同意以21.6亿欧元（约合23亿美元）的价格收购亿滋国际在咖啡零售商JDE Peet ‘s NV的股份。

　　JAB是德国隐秘富豪莱曼家族（Reimann）旗下的投资公司，专注于长期投资具有优质品牌、高增长动力的消费品企业。该公司表示，将以每股25.10欧元的价格收购JDE Peet ‘s的8600万股股票。

　　此外，JDE Peet ‘s周一还宣布任命Rafael Oliveira为首席执行官。
