10月21日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，贵州银行股份有限公司贵阳分行因贷款管理不到位被罚款50万元。龚楠（时任贵州银行股份有限公司贵阳分行副行长）对上述事实负有责任，被罚款5万元。
