智通财经APP获悉，米高集团(09879)跌近12%，截至发稿，跌11.91%，报7.1港元，成交额359.6万港元。
消息面上，10月7日，米高集团发生存仓异动，高达6.53亿股股票于当日被存入中金香港，占公司实际流通股本比例达71.79%，该笔存仓股份市值超53.9亿港元。值得注意的是，今年8月，米高集团发布公告称，香港证监会就公司股权分布进行调查，结果显示，公司股权集中度达到99.04%。这意味着公司只有0.96%的股份由其他股东持有。米高集团此前公布截至2024年3月31日止年度的年度业绩，总收入约为人民币37.705亿元(单位下同)，同比下降约20.2%；公司拥有人应占溢利约2.52亿元，同比减少37.67%。
