集团与潜在合作伙伴正在讨论可能的合作方式。集团与潜在合作伙伴共同发展“茶大椰”的中国(包括中国香港、中国澳门、中国台湾)和东南亚市场，包括筛选值得信赖的加盟商，把控供应链，代运营，督导与培训加盟商的员工，保持加盟商的运营水平。于谅解备忘录日期，概未确定任何重大条款或业务合作形式，双方亦未就合作订立具有法律约束力的协议。
