智通财经APP获悉，特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)Horizon Space Acquisition II周一向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，计划筹资至多6000万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“HSPTU”。
Horizon Space Acquisition II计划以每单位10美元的价格发行600万单位，每个单位包括一股普通股和一项在完成首次业务合并后获得十分之一股份的权利。该公司首席执行官为Michael Li，同时也是专注于可再生能源和人工智能驱动制造的私募股权Horizon Capital的首席执行官。
