挪威最大银行DNB Bank周一宣布，将以约120亿瑞典克朗（合11亿美元）现金收购瑞典金融服务集团卡内基控股（Carnegie Holding AB）的全部股份。
根据一份声明，这家总部位于奥斯陆的银行已与卡内基的主要股东、哈拉尔德·米克斯（Harald Mix）的Altor Equity Partners以及少数股东达成协议。
卡内基控股是卡内基集团的母公司，该集团由一家北欧投资银行和资产管理公司组成，拥有850名员工。该集团营收的56%来自投资服务，44%来自财富管理。
交易完成后，DNB市场部门（DNB Markets）将在全球更名为DNB Carnegie。该交易预计将于明年上半年完成，完成条件包括监管部门的批准。
