KIP Real Estate Investment Trust's (KLSE:KIPREIT) distribution per unit rose to 0.0152 ringgit in the fiscal first quarter, from 0.0155 ringgit a year earlier.
Distributable income jumped 21.3% for the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to 24.5 million ringgit, from 20.2 million ringgit in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Net property income rose to 19.7 million ringgit from 16.5 million, while gross revenue expanded to 26.7 million ringgit from 22.4 million ringgit a year ago.
The reit's shares closed 2% lower on Tuesday.
