豪洛捷（Hologic）近日宣布与Gynesonics达成最终收购协议，收购金额为3.5亿美元。Gynesonics以其开发的Sonata系统而闻名，该系统是首个获得美国FDA批准的诊断性宫内成像和经宫颈治疗某些症状性子宫肌瘤的医疗设备。

此前，2024年7月，豪洛捷宣布完成了对英国公司Endomag的3.1亿美元收购。
