Hangzhou Kelin Electric (SHA:688611) agreed to provide lithium iron phosphate battery equipment to MCC Jingcheng Engineering Technology for 247.8 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
The equipment will be used for the Alxa Altan Aobao grid-side energy storage power station project, which has a capacity of 100,000 kilowatts or 400,000 kilowatt hours, the Chinese electric power products manufacturer said.
Shares of the company rose over 2% in recent trade.
