Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) signed a commercial agreement with Songtradr, allowing the company to represent Songtradr's digital advertising inventory globally, according to a filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.
The deal allows the company to manage and sell advertising across Songtradr's digital properties while bundling its own services, the Tuesday filing said.
The company will secure 50% of the net proceeds for any business procured under the deal, according to the filing.
Shares rose nearly 5% in recent trade.
