Humana (HUM) and Longevity Health said Thursday that eligible residents of long-term care facilities in Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, New Mexico, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia will get access to Humana Together in Health plans beginning next year.
Humana Together in Health, currently available in Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and parts of Ohio, is made possible through a deal with Longevity Health, which partners with long-term care facilities, they said. Humana Together in Health is a Medicare Advantage Institutional Special Needs Plan.
The plans include dental, vision and hearing benefits, as well as transportation to medical appointments, and other features, the companies said.
