智通财经APP讯，金川国际(02362)公布，公司透过其非全资附属公司Ruashi SAS于Musonoi项目中持有100%权益。Ruashi SAS就Musonoi项目申请重续采矿许可证。采矿许可证于2024年4月3日届满，并已成功重续额外15年直至2039年4月3日止。
Musonoi项目是位于刚果(金)的高品位铜钴矿床，该项目正处于建设之中，将以地下矿方式开采，生产电解铜及氢氧化钴。根据其于2023年刊发的最近期可行性研究，Musonoi项目的估计矿场寿命共16年。
采矿许可证的发出及其重续受2018年矿业法规范。作为重续程序的一部分，2018年矿业法规定，于重续采矿许可证后，除已持有采矿许可证的公司的现有股权(如有)外，刚果(金)政府将有权于该公司中额外享有5%的股权。
借由签订该协议，Ruashi Holdings将直接将其持有的相当于5% Ruashi SAS股份权益转让予刚果(金)政府以遵守在有关重续采矿许可证时的相关的2018年矿业法。转让于2024年10月21日(即紧接该协议公证日期)完成。
公告称，重续将使集团能于重续期限内从事生产Musonoi项目的电解铜及氢氧化钴，并充分发挥矿场的预期寿命。此外，订立该协议与该集团强化其于矿产资源领域的业务及专注于有利润回报的矿场以及发展具有巨大潜力的采矿项目以推动未来收益及利润的持续战略一致。
