金融界10月25日消息，大象未来集团在2024年3月15日与独立第三方（“购买方B”）签署了购股协议，该集团出售了其在Medi Hub的100%股权，并将欠该集团的总金额转给购买方B，代价约为312,000港元。完成出售Medi Hub后，大象未来集团在2024年3月决定终止保健业务。出售Medi Hub的亏损计入截至2024年6月30日止年度的综合损益及其他全面收益表的其他亏损净额中。
在2023年10月16日，大象未来集团与另一独立第三方（“购买方A”）设置资产转让协议，该集团出售了其在伯明翰（北京）体育有限公司的100%股权，并将债务总额转让给购买方A，代价为零。出售伯明翰（北京）体育有限公司的收益包含在截至2024年6月30日止年度的综合损益及其他全面收益表的其他亏损净额中。
