沙田小沥源沙田围路住宅地皮今日(25日)已截标。地政总署宣布，共收到6份标书。当中，信置(00083.HK) 、新地(00016.HK) 、会德丰地产、华懋独资入标，而长实集团(01113.HK) 亦有份入标。
资料显示，是次推出的沙田市地段第625号沙田小沥源的沙田围路与小沥源路交界项目，发展规模相对同区于7月售出的地皮大逾9成。地盘面积约6.08万平方呎，估计可建楼面面积约为30.42万平方呎。市场估值介乎10.6亿至12亿元，相当于每呎楼面地价约3,500元至3,950元。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-25 16:25。)
