智通财经APP获悉，中国金石(01380)昨日遭资金爆炒，尾盘一度暴涨700%，当日收涨70%。该股早盘再度涨超40%，截至发稿，涨17.65%，报0.265港元，成交额2193.45万港元。
消息面上，中国金石公布，与独立第三方Sino-American Energy SpA订立谅解备忘录，公司有意收购与位于智利南部Pureo黄金开采项目相关的七个采矿权，涉及采矿面积约737公顷。同时，双方将合作发展Pureo项目。可能收购事项之代价有待双方进一步协商。
