信铭生命科技(00474.HK) 公布，有关其间接非全资附属昊天国际建设(01341.HK) 于10月3日披露配售最多15.24亿股，占其扩大后股本约16.67%，每股作价为0.4元，较10月3日收市价折让约21.57%；料净筹6亿元，拟用作一般营运资金及/或潜在投资及发展位于亚洲的电动汽车及充电相关业务，及发展现有业务，包括但不限于马来西亚的土地开发项目。
假设悉数配售，信铭生命科技于昊天国际建设投资之股权将由约29.05%摊薄至约24.2%，昊天国际建设投资将不再为集团附属，且其财务业绩及财务状况将不再于集团的综合财务报表内综合入账。
