美国麦当劳称牛肉饼非大肠杆菌污染源 将恢复下架产品
南方财经10月28日电，据央视新闻，记者获悉，当地时间10月27日，美国麦当劳表示，经检测，汉堡中的牛肉饼不是大肠杆菌的污染源，麦当劳将于下周恢复销售此前因涉及大肠杆菌污染而暂时下架的汉堡产品，但恢复销售的汉堡将不含目前被认为是污染源的生洋葱片。
据了解，美国食品和药物管理局认为来自单一供应商的生洋葱片可能是大肠杆菌的污染源，而麦当劳已经证实，总部设在加利福尼亚州的农产品公司泰勒农场是涉事洋葱片供应商，这些洋葱片来自科罗拉多州科罗拉多斯普林斯市的一家工厂。泰勒农场25日表示，他们已主动召回其科罗拉多州工厂发送给客户的黄洋葱，并正在继续与美国疾病控制和预防中心以及美国食品和药物管理局合作进行调查。
