消息面上，美兰空港发布公告，兹提述公司日期为2021年1月5日的有关仲裁的内幕消息公告、日期为2023年6月15日的有关仲裁的进展公告以及日期为2024年7月5日的有关仲裁的进展公告，诚如2024年公告所述，根据该仲裁的第二阶段仲裁裁决(也是该案的终局裁决)，裁定公司应向仲裁申请人支付赔偿金及相关仲裁费用合计约2.988亿港元，以及自第二阶段仲裁裁决作出之日至裁决金额支付完毕之日的利息(按照年利率8.875%计算单利)。
经公司与仲裁申请人友好磋商，双方最终达成和解金额为税前2.25亿港币，且豁免应付利息。公司已于近日完成支付，款项支付未对公司生产及运营产生不利影响。
