【部分银行存量房贷利率批量下调已落地】金十数据10月25日讯，从今天起，各家银行将对存量房贷利率进行批量下调。记者从农业银行、建设银行等银行了解到，截至上午7:30，包括工行、农行、中行、建行、交通银行、邮储银行、浙商银行等多家银行的客户已经可以从手机银行查到调整后的房贷利率为贷款市场报价利率LPR-30BP。由于是银行批量调整，因此这次房贷利率下调不需要借款人做任何操作，北京、上海、深圳由于有政策利率下限，二套及以上房贷利率只能调整到当地政策利率下限水平。
