智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)再涨近6%，高见8.22港元续创年内新高。截至发稿，涨5.93%，报8.22港元，成交额5532.98万港元。
消息面上，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达(Ng Chee Tat Philip)继续通过旗下杨协成及家族办公室,密密增持维他奶国际，最新持股量由9%增至9.11%，近三周持股已增加逾70%。联交所资料显示，于10月22日，黄志达于场内以每股6.8125港元的平均价，买入123.4万股维他奶，涉资约840.66万港元。
此前10月7日，黄志达首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合计持有维他奶超过5%股权。对此，上市公司杨协成公告称，“增持动作符合投资亚洲地区领导性企业的政策，增加了公司在中国内地、中国香港植物饮料行业的投资。”同时表示，公司可能考虑进一步投资。
