红星资本局10月27日消息，鼎益丰控股（00612.HK）股份操纵案迎来新进展。近日，香港证监会发布消息称，已取得法庭命令，冻结了涉嫌操纵鼎益丰股份的11名人士的63.5亿港元资产。

　　香港证监会称，根据《证券及期货条例》第213条提出的法律程序中，原讼法庭向11名涉嫌操纵鼎益丰控股集团国际有限公司（鼎益丰）股份的人士发出临时强制令。

　　根据该临时强制令，被指称曾在2018年3月1日至9月14日期间操纵鼎益丰股份的11名涉嫌操纵者，被禁止调走其在香港境内的任何资产，或以任何方式处置或处理其在香港境内的任何资产或缩减其在香港境内任何资产的价值，以合共63.5亿元为限。香港证监会表示，该临时强制令维持有效，直至法庭颁发其他命令为止。

　　红星资本局注意到，今年2月，香港证监会在原讼法庭对鼎益丰前主席兼非执行董事隋广义以及另外20名人士展开法律程序，指控他们涉嫌在2018年3月1日至2018年9月14日期间内操纵鼎益丰的股份。

　　2017年7月28日至2018年11月2日期间，鼎益丰控股股价涨幅超过30倍，最高触及28.35港元/股。2019年2月起，鼎益丰控股股价开始下行，截至10月25日收盘，报0.265港元/股，总市值4.14亿港元。
