金吾财讯 | 建材水泥股走强，中国建材(03323)涨5.94%，华新水泥(06655)涨4.62%，海螺水泥(00914)涨2.93%，金隅集团(02009)涨2.6%，西部水泥(02233)涨1.83%，华润建材科技(01313)涨1.5%。开源证券表示，各地积极落实楼市政策，重视建材布局机会。国家发展改革委等部门印发《水泥行业节能降碳专项行动计划》要求到2025年底，水泥熟料产能控制在18亿吨左右，能效标杆水平以上产能占比达到30%，能效基准水平以下产能完成技术改造或淘汰，水泥熟料单位产品综合能耗比2020年降低3.7%。这将会加快节能降碳与能用设备的迭代更新。
