佳源服务(01153.HK) 公布，接管人马德民及黎颖麟于9月5日，与买方华盛资本证券订立买卖协议。据悉，马德民及黎颖麟向华盛资本证券出售4.5亿股佳源服务股份，占佳源服务已发行股本约73.56%，总代价9,900万元，即每股销售股份0.22元，较股份停牌前收市价0.275元，折让20%。
公告亦指，华盛资本证券根据抵销契约，通过应用及抵消金额为9,900万元的部分未偿还债务。
另外，佳源服务股份自2023年4月3日起于联交所停牌，且将继续暂停直至公司满足复牌指引为止。(js/k)
