【环球网科技综合报道】10月27日消息，美国联邦贸易委员会（FTC）在本周五宣布，网约车服务公司Lyft已同意支付210万美元（约合人民币1496.6万元）的罚款，作为和解方案的一部分。该和解方案要求Lyft改变其宣传司机薪酬的方式，以解决FTC对其虚假宣传的指控。

FTC指控Lyft在宣传中夸大了司机的每小时收入，例如在亚特兰大地区声称司机每小时收入可“高达33美元”，但这些数据并非基于平均收入，而是基于前20%高收入司机的收入，并且包括了小费。FTC表示，这种做法将大多数司机的实际收入夸大了多达30%，并要求Lyft今后必须基于司机的平均收入来确定潜在薪酬声明的依据，且不能将小费计入小时工资。

FTC主席Lina M. Khan强调：“用虚假的高薪诱骗工人是非法的。FTC将继续使用一切手段，对违反法律和剥削美国工人的企业进行处罚。”此外，Lyft还宣传了所谓的“收入保证”，例如承诺完成45次行程可获得975美元。但FTC指出，这实际上是一个最低收入保证，而不是额外奖励，Lyft必须明确告知司机这一事实。

Lyft在其网站上的一份声明中强调了最近为告知司机潜在收入所做的改变，并表示将“致力于遵循FTC的最佳做法”来传达此类信息。（鱼七）
