今日午间，恒大汽车在港交所公告，公司股份将于今天下午1时正起短暂停止买卖。
今年以来，恒大汽车已有恒大新能源汽车(广东)有限公司、恒大智能汽车(广东)有限公司等附属公司进入破产重整，9月5日，公司又发布公告称，附属公司恒大恒驰新能源汽车(上海)有限公司的个别债权人向相关地方人民法院申请对相关附属公司进行破产清算。
此前，恒大汽车曾定下到2025年要实现年产销超100万辆、2035年实现年产销超500万的目标，但时至2024年，这个“小目标”显然已无法如期达成。
从账面数据来看，上半年公司的新能源汽车收入录得1043.5万元，相较上年同期的2797.8万元进一步下降。截至6月30日，恒大汽车累积交付超过1429辆新能源汽车，天津制造基地累计生产恒驰5下线1700辆。天津制造基地、上海制造基地及广州制造基地均根据停机管理制度及方案进行设备维护和管理。
今年5月，恒大汽车旗下唯一有资质的工厂天津恒大被责令停止生产并进行整改。根据公告，地方行政部门在核查天津恒大的新能源乘用车产品生产准入条件后，提出了三项整改问题，责令天津恒大停止生产和销售新能源乘用车产品。同时，地方行政部门下发的行政处理决定书和告知书则指出相关附属公司已构成违约，要求公司退回已发放的约19亿元各项奖励和补贴，这无疑将加剧公司的财务压力。
