智通财经APP获悉，中国金石(01380)早盘跌超22%，截至发稿，跌18.94%，报0.184港元，成交额406.46万港元。
消息面上，中国金石发布公告，公司董事会获公司前执行董事及公司前主要股东郑永晖通知，彼已于2024年10月24日在公开市场上出售合共5638万股公司股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约26.23%(出售事项)。紧随出售事项后，郑永晖持有公司1.19万股股份，约占公司已发行股份总数的0.01%，而郑永晖不再为公司主要股东。
值得注意的是，中国金石此前发布公告，郑永晖先生已因其他个人工作承诺而辞任公司执行董事，自2024年10月21日起生效。此外，今年8月30日，郑永晖增持中国金石841.1万股；9月12日，郑永晖增持中国金石476.7万股。
