要约收购受阻！恒大汽车复牌首日一度跌超25％
【大河财立方消息】10月28日，恒大汽车股票复牌交易，股价大幅低开，跌幅一度达25.37％。
截至发稿，恒大汽车股价下跌11.94％，报0.295港元/股。
此前，恒大汽车曾公告称，31.45亿股潜在待售股份（占全部已发行股份的约29%）将即时被收购，及32.03亿股潜在待售股份（占全部已发行股份的约29.5%）将成为潜在买方于买卖协议日期后一定期限内的一项可行使选择权的标的。
但10月25日，恒大汽车接获中国恒大集团、恒大健康产业集团、Acelin Global Limited（以下统称“潜在卖方”）通知，其已决定停止与潜在买方有关股份转让的所有讨论，并已决定不继续进行潜在股份转让。双方未就潜在股份转让订立任何买卖协议。因此，预期将不会与潜在买方签订融资协议，或以其他方式向恒大汽车提供任何融资。
与此同时，潜在卖方仍在寻找可能的买家并寻求出售其所持有股份的潜在机会。然而，截至本公告日期，尚未与任何可能的买家达成任何协议，且潜在卖方尚未发现出任何明确的机会。
就此前收购守则而言，要约期于2024年5月26日开始，并10月25日结束。恒大汽车股份于今天上午九时起恢复买卖。
