新华财经北京10月25日电（可达）今日交易时段，百济神州A股、港股均出现股价大幅异动，午后跳水分别跌超10%、6%。新华财经从业内获悉，股价异动或与百济神州大中华区首席商务官殷敏被监管机构调查传闻有关。

　　对此，百济神州下午发布声明，称“近日，百济神州获悉，公司一名员工正在配合相关调查工作。根据目前了解的情况，该员工所涉事件与百济神州无关。”

　　有医药行业人士向新华财经表示，殷敏被查或与其此前供职的其他公司相关。

　　资料显示，2022年1月殷敏接替吴清漪成为百济神州大中华区首席商务官，此前其曾在阿斯利康工作超过15年，历任高级财务规划经理、海外区域市场战略项目负责人、中国／香港合规部副总裁、商业及多元化渠道部副总裁、阿斯利康中国副总裁，肿瘤业务部负责人等职务。
