Singapore Land Group (SGX:U06), through its subsidiary, SingLand Residential Development, has entered into a put and call option agreement for the purchase of Thomson View Condo, in a joint venture with United Venture Development and CL Onyx, for SG$810 million.
United Venture Development (UVL) is an indirect subsidiary of UOL (SGX:U14), CL Onyx is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Development (SGX:9CI), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Saturday.
UVL is 80:20 held by UOL Venture Investments and SingLand Residential Development.
UOL will pay SG$4.6 billion for the acquisition based on its stake.
