消息面上，SPROCOMM INTEL发布公告，公司董事会获控股股东超新有限公司告知，于2024年9月13日，超新向其他方出售公司1.65亿股股份;据董事所深知、全悉及确信，其他方属独立于公司及其关连人士的第三方，且与彼等并无关连。于本公告日期，超新由执行董事熊彬先生为其建立的家族信托受益人的利益而合法拥有100%权益。
据悉，禾苗通信是一家以智能终端产品、AIOT硬件为主要业务，集设计研发、销售服务、供应制造为一体的ODM整机设计公司。公司的2023年度业绩显示，该集团期内取得收益28.23亿元人民币，同比增加94.63%。主要由于向中国及印度的智能手机销售大幅增加以及向中国的物联网相关产品销售增加。来自手机的收益由截至2022年年底的10.3亿元增加107.6%至截至2023年年底的21.38亿元。
