智通财经APP获悉，10月26日，国家电投山东半岛南海上风电基地U1场址二期450兆瓦项目成功并网，这标志着我国单体最大的平价海上风电项目——山东半岛南U场址海上风电项目实现全容量并网。该项目总装机容量为150万千瓦，是国内单体最大的平价海上风电项目，也是北方最大的海上风电项目。其中中国电力山东能源投资建设的U1场址装机90万千瓦，用海面积143平方公里。
中国电力(02380)作为国家电投综合性清洁能源旗舰上市平台，在优化发展战略上采取了一系列重要举措。中国电力在近期交流中表示，将重点布局海上风电、陆上风电等优质项目，重点关注项目电价水平和消纳能力，确保良好的投资收益，持续增厚股东回报。
值得一提的是，10月18日晚，中国电力发布公告称，中国电力及广西公司(中国电力全资拥有的附属公司)与远达环保(600292.SH)分别订立重组框架协议I及重组框架协议II，拟以旗下五凌电力63%股权以及长洲水电64.93%股权作价，获得远达环保新增发A股股份及现金。重组完成后，中国电力将成为远达环保的直接控股股东。此次重组将进一步巩固中国电力作为国家电投水电、风电、太阳能发电和优质火电为主的综合性清洁能源旗舰上市平台地位，快速打造资本市场(尤其是境外市场)稀缺的大型清洁能源投资标的，有力提升投资吸引力。
