地政总署宣布，今日(25日)截标的沙田小沥源沙田围路住宅地皮共收到6份标书，当中长实集团(01113.HK) 亦有份竞逐。长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威认为，入标反应热烈，反映发展商对后市充满信心，看好楼市前景，因此积极增加土地储备。
他指，入标情况踊跃反映政府最新一份《施政报告》推出各种措施有助于推动楼市，受惠于放宽按揭成数及专才投资计划，加上近期一、二手市场交投上升，预期未来房屋需求大增，需要现时补充土地储备，以应付需求。
另外，市场消息指，集团与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的黄竹坑站项目BLUE COAST II次轮截收9,000票，超额102倍，明天(26日)次轮发售88伙。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-25 16:25。)
