消息面上，香港证监会近日发消息称，根据《证券及期货条例》第213条提出的法律程序中，原讼法庭向11名涉嫌操纵鼎益丰控股集团国际有限公司（鼎益丰）股份的人士发出临时强制令。根据该临时强制令，被指称曾在2018年3月1日至9月14日期间操纵鼎益丰股份的11名涉嫌操纵者，被禁止（1）调走其在香港境内的任何资产，或（2）以任何方式处置或处理其在香港境内的任何资产或缩减其在香港境内任何资产的价值，以合共63.5亿元为限。
该临时强制令确保，在法庭裁定涉嫌操纵者违反《证券及期货条例》相关条文的情况下，有足够的资产以履行证监会寻求的回复原状令。香港证监会表示，该临时强制令维持有效，直至法庭颁发其他命令为止。值得注意的是，鼎益丰此前已多次被监管点名，今年3月28日，深圳处非办在深圳市地方金融管理局发文称，鼎益丰国际资产管理集团有限公司在境内宣传发行一款DDO数字期权，招揽群众认购投资。该行为本质上为虚拟货币的发行、交易行为，属非法金融活动。
