智通财经APP获悉，周一，Monte Rosa Therapeutics(GLUE.US)开盘大幅拉升，截至发稿，暴涨超63%，报7.98美元。消息面上，生物技术公司Monte Rosa Therapeutics与诺华制药(NVS.US)签署了一项独家许可协议，以推进其用于自身免疫性疾病的VAV1导向的分子胶降解剂(MGD)，包括MRT-6160。根据协议，诺华制药将以1.5亿美元的预付款获得MRT-6160和其他VAV1分子胶降解剂的全球独家开发、生产和商业化权利。
据了解，MRT-6160是一种正在研究的VAV1分子胶降解剂，VAV1是T细胞和B细胞受体下游的关键信号蛋白。该药物在多种免疫介导的疾病的临床前模型中显示出有前景的活性。
