兴业控股(00132.HK) 公布，附属公司绿金租赁与承租人方城县凌海污水处理有限公司订立融资租赁协议，以代价3,500万元人民币，向承租人收购河南省南阳市的若干指定污水处理设备及设施所有权，并将该等资产返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为五年，涉及租赁付款总额约4,159.5万元人民币。
于租期末或倘融资租赁被提前终止，待结清所有到期未偿还金额后，承租人可用名义购买价100元人民币购回上述资产。(gc/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
