中国恒大：清盘聆讯定于11月14日 股票继续停牌
10月25日，中国恒大（03333.HK）发布内幕消息公告，披露了有关清盘的最新消息及继续停牌的信息。
公告称，清盘人已于2024年10月10日向香港特别行政区高等法院提出申请，就针对公司清盘委任及组成相关审查委员会寻求指示。
2024年10月15日，法院指示于2024年11月14日上午10时正就申请召开为时不超过两小时的聆讯。法院也指示向所有已知公司的债权人发出聆讯通知。因此，清盘人已安排向截至本公告日期经清盘人识别为公司潜在债权人的人士寄发该通知。
停牌信息方面，自2024年1月29日上午10时18分起，中国恒大集团的股份已暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
