Tam Jai International (HKG:2217) expects a decrease of 50% to 60% in its attributable profit for the six months ended Sept. 30, compared with a year ago, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The restaurant company attributed the expected decrease to economic uncertainties and changes in consumer behavior in Hong Kong, together with tough competition and a slowing economy in mainland China and Singapore.
