期间的综合毛利率为 15.2%，较2023年同期(经重列)的 15.5%减少 0.3 个百分点。期间的综合毛利及综合毛利率减少主要由于集团期间的水泥产品及混凝土售价较2023年同期下降所致。期间的水泥、熟料、混凝土及骨料的毛利率分别为 12.9%、2.6%、12.4%及 38.6%，而2023年同期(经重列)则分别为 13.6%、5.3%、11.7%及 53.0%。
