智通财经APP讯，东江环保(00895)发布公告，公司及控股子公司为拓宽融资渠道、降低融资成本，拟配置利率较低的外币贷款为生产经营业务服务。为有效规避市场汇率波动风险，公司拟配套开展外汇套期保值业务。本次新增外汇套期保值业务金额为不超过1.5亿元人民币或等值外币(连同董事会前次审批额度，合计为不超过3.5亿元人民币或等值外币)，资金来源为自有资金，不涉及募集资金。上述额度自董事会审议通过后一年内有效，在上述额度范围内，资金可以循环使用。
