　　易大宗（01733）发布公告，于2024年10月23日，象晖能源（巴彦淖尔）（象晖能源的全资附属公司）与指定银行签订了融资合同，指定银行向象晖能源（巴彦淖尔）提供本金不超过人民币2亿元的银行授信。就该银行授信，象屿股份同意就融资合同项下象晖能源（巴彦淖尔）所需承担的所有责任和义务向指定银行提供企业担保并签订一份银行担保合同。象晖能源由该公司及象屿股份分别持有49%及51%。

　　于2024年10月25日，该公司与象屿股份订立反担保合同，该公司同意按其持有的象晖能源49%股权比例，就相关银行担保合同项下象屿股份就银行授信可能向指定银行支付的相应比例的担保金额以及任何应计利息，违约金、赔偿及其他相关费用及开支，向象屿股份提供金额总计人民币1.08亿元的反担保。

　　为进一步拓展蒙煤贸易业务，合约双方通过反担保及相关交易文件下的安排，给予象晖能源（巴彦淖尔）充足的运营资金的支持。
