公司指出，于9月27日、10月16日及昨日(24日)，公司公众持股量约为19.57%，低于上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条所规定公众须持有的已发行股份总数的25%。由于股份交易量仍处于高水平及公司并未知悉任何情况表明市场并未以公开、公平及有序的方式运作，因此公司认为，尽管公众持股量不足，但其证券仍具公开市场。
