湘财证券指出，10月15日起，省间电力现货市场转入正式运行，将进一步发挥价格引导作用，在更大范围内推动电力资源优化配置，保障电力安全可靠供应，并促进可再生能源在更大范围内协同消纳，助力能源绿色低碳转型。交银国际此前指出，组件价格将在低位保持较长时间，利好信义能源新项目投资成本下降和收益率提升。
华源证券指出，7月以来，决策层与上市公司密集表态，双碳战略回归理性，电源建设从过去“冲锋式”开发逐步回归理性，有望带动消纳率与电价企稳回升；电价政策酝酿纠偏，广西政府授权差价合约模式值得重视；能耗双控、碳市场等政策进展迅速，从不认可绿证到将绿证置于节能减排核心地位，关键文件措辞出现实质性变化；补贴发放有望加速，缓解运营商资金压力。该行指出，制约绿电中长期收益率绝对值与稳定性的因素逐步解除。只要绿电收益率的确定性得到保障，板块即可能获得显著的估值修复。
