Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust's (SGX:N2IU) distribution per unit was down nearly 12% year over year in the quarter ended Sept. 30 to SG$0.0198 from SG$0.0224, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Net property income came in at SG$167.7 million compared with SG$183.2 million in the year-ago period.
Gross revenue was down 6% year over year to SG$225.6 million from SG$240.2 million, mainly due to the divestment of Mapletree Anson on July 31.
Shares of the trust were down nearly 5% in recent trading.
