　　佰达国际控股（01949）发布公告，集团主要于泰国营运，专门为泰国金融机构、政府部门及机关提供资讯科技（IT）解决方案。其主要专注于行政、电信及公用事业部门，以及出售设备。为进一步扩展亚洲市场，集团正探索进军新市场（例如中国）的机会，视是否出现有利条件而定。

　　集团已与赣州卓尔创意产业园有限公司（赣州卓尔）展开策略性合作，以加强其现有业务营运。赣州卓尔正计划在赣州发展一个数字产业园，名为赣州黄金珠宝数字产业园，其将占地超过100公顷。

　　公司将为产业园提供IT解决方案，包括但不限于加强人工智能、数字营销、加强数字客户服务、便利数字管理等。是次合作标志着集团进军中国的软件业务，与集团专注于提供资讯科技解决方案服务的核心业务一致。

　　此外，董事会相信在中国市场拓展IT及软件服务，将可透过进入亚洲最大市场及增加收入来源，对集团大有裨益。
