消息面上，金碧物业官微10月18日公布，在第三季度市场拓展中，公司成功中标多个标志性项目，拓展项目超过120个，涵盖产业园、公建、商业和住宅等多元业态。据悉，在恒大物业上市之前，恒大集团旗下的物业板块主要由全资子公司金碧物业承担。分析人士指出，恒大物业事实上是由金碧物业与完成收并购的物企整合重组而成的，而金碧物业仍是恒大物业的业务核心。
值得注意的是，恒大物业此前公布的中期业绩显示，上半年取得收入人民币62.2亿元，同比增加1.2%；公司拥有人应占利润5.01亿元，同比减少35.94%。公司同时表示，受限于关联方现状，公司追回因存款质押被强制执行而产生的损失尚存在重大不确定性。
